Our organic farm Stöcklbauer is located in the north of Salzburg in the beautiful Flachgau community of St. Georgen and has been owned by the Bamberger family since 1946. Sustainability and the careful treatment of nature have long been a priority at the Stöcklgut, and so the farm was one of the first in Salzburg to convert to organic farming. In 2015, Rudolf Bamberger junior took over his parents' farm. In the course of building the house, a room for pasta production including a new drying facility as well as a cozy little farm shop were specially constructed. Now the farm is run jointly by Rudolf Bamberger Jr. and his wife Eva-Maria Bamberger, with the active support of their son Jakob.
