Mission possible. Currently, about 90% of mushrooms are imported from abroad. Surely it must be possible to import fewer mushrooms, or none at all, to Austria from distant countries. This thought became our mission and made our agricultural business take off. We look towards a greener future - regional, honest & healthy. Our shiitake mushrooms are 100% from our controlled organic farm. The cultivation of our fine mushrooms is carried out exclusively in a resource-conserving way and with a great deal of sensitivity. And a lot of love!
