Product Description
Made from pasteurized organic hay milk with natural fat content. The Samshofbauern estate was first mentioned in a document in 1770. Since 1854 it has been owned by the Sams family and since then it has been known as Samshofbauer. The farm's own dairy produces a wide variety of ripened cheeses and fresh milk products, which are sold from the farm and at markets.
