As one of the last Flachgau cheese dairies still using an open copper kettle for the traditional production of their Emmentaler, the master cheesemakers at the Elixhausen Heumilchkäserei still place great value on the old traditional cheesemaking craft and its recipes. And you can taste it, for example in the organic grilled cheese natural.
